How do commission pay-outs work?: We automatically do commission pay-outs 30 days after a sale.
What is your refund policy?: Currently, we follow whatever your refund policy is. However, this will be changing soon.
Can anyone promote my products?: Yes! Absolutey anyone can add your products to their Plaza and start selling
What happens if my customer doesn't get their order from a third party merchant?: Please ask your customer to reach out to us and we will look into it!
